Wolf & Rabbit Inc. is an actively anti-racist organization that stands with Black Americans.

What does this mean?

We are committed to positively impacting our community through direct investments.

  • We are committed to using a minimum of 30% black-owned businesses for our vendors. Vendors can include but are not limited to paper products, software, payment processing companies, business coaches, restaurants for events and more. As of June 2020 we are looking at each and every line-item in our budget and making this transition. We will have it complete no later than December 2020 and will continue to use diverse vendors for as long as we are in business.

  • We will donate 10% of our net profit to non-profits that uplift Black Americans and fight for equality and against systemic racism each and every month. These non-profits can be local to the Tampa Bay community or work on a national level.

We are committed to serving a diverse clientele.

  • We are analyzing the demographics of our current and past clientele in order to make sure that we are providing equal opportunity to BIPOC.

  • We are working to make sure our programs and techniques that we teach and services we perform are beneficial to BIPOC as well as white and white-passing companies. In some instances this might look like modifying our existing services and programs to account for differences in advertising, services and target clients within Black owned salon companies.

  • We will not tolerate racist comments or business practices from any of clients at any time. It is written in our contracts that we have the right to refuse service and end service to anyone who is running their business in a harmful way or makes racist statements. There are no exceptions for this.

We are committed to growing a diverse team.

  • As of June 2020 we do not have any employees - but as we continue to grow and build a team we are committed to building a diverse team. A part of this will be creating a company culture within and with our clients that builds safety and respect for any and all people who work with us and represent our company.

  • One way we are committing to a company culture of diversity is going to be through anti-racism training/workshops, required company reading and/or bringing in specialists for training. As being an anti-ractist company is a core value - any and all employees or potential applicants who do not align with that will be asked to leave. There are no exceptions. This training has started immediately and we will keep a public record of these efforts. If at any time you would like to see what classes we have attended and what our anti-racist education efforts are, simply send us an email and we will be happy to share that information with you.
